The PRoFESS® study (the Prevention Regimen For Effectively avoiding Second Stroke) is just one example of the many major projects we have helped resource. Sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) the study involves 15,000 patients from approximately 600 worldwide sites for an observation period of up to 4 years.
Our brief was to assemble a large multifunctional team who would be contracted to work on site at BI in Bracknell, UK. Different levels of experience would be required from staff within our team. Also, before entering the team, it was vital that all candidates were proficient in certain software skills – we trained them to the required level if they weren’t up to standard.
We answered the brief efficiently and effectively. Two years into the project, Kendle Resource have 20 associates working in the BI team, however these numbers are flexible to meet the changing resource needs throughout the study. The changing resource requirements are closely monitored by the Kendle account manager in association with BI  |
